First Financial Bank - Harassing calls and emails about late payments even though payment received

I have had a credit card with this bank for 20 years. Even though a long standing customer, this company harassed me with phone calls, voice messages and emails about a late payment while they had already received and cashed my payment.
They blame the post office for the delayed receipt of my payment even though I mailed the payment 7 days before the due date.
I suspect that they hold the check past due date to charge late fees and interest. As a very long standing customer, I am very disappointed in their practices and I would not recommend them.
Monetary Loss: $40.

Please avoid publishing any personal information and promotional content
Spend a little extra and send it certifed mail requiering them to sign for it then you have that to prove what day it was recieved it would pay for itself because you would no longer have late charges.
