Very very upset
I went to cash my granddaughters change in for her so she could go. Christmas shopping for presents for her classmates.it was 345 2 workers just sitting in there and refused to let the coin counter count them for her..I think if your open till four than you should be able to conduct business till 4 I have banked there for 15 years I don't know what the problem is there but I can't count the people that's came and gone but I'm withdrawing my account and going somewhere else I am highly upset on this issue cause those 2 employees are making good minimum wage and they refused to do their jobs.just letting you know I don't see any reason to have 2 employees there at 345 if their not gonna help the customer .should be terminated for as much as their making and to be rude on top of it no sense in that none at all.

First Financial Bank can't mail checking statements to its customers and then charges them $5 to email one. And when you ask what happened to the checking statement and why, where it went, no one seems to know! Pathetic!

If you are ever offered loan services through one of the financing services called THE MORRIS PLAN say no thank you! I didnt...I have a vehicle financed with them only because I was lazy one time and did not do my research.
No one has anything good to say about them. Let me give you some insight as to why.. They have no online bill pay services. You have to call to make a payment.
They do not answer their phones. There is no option to hold, all you can do is leave a voicemail. My job is demanding with long hours and I'm in meetings the majority of the time so I am not able to answer my phone most of the day so requesting a call back is not an option for me. Life is busy so before I know it the payment is late and let me tell you reporting your payment late to the reporting agencies is their one strong suit.
When you do reach someone they are condescending and rude. They allow any late fees (that are technically their fault) pile up without ever mentioning it. Until they do which at what time will talk down to you. They charge you over $8 to pay the payment although the only other option is to mail a check which I do not do.
It's 2021. They threaten to repo on a whim...its just the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want to know who knows what they're doing, it's Ally. Ask for Ally for financing.
They were wonderful when COVID happened and I was unemployed momentarily. This bank, no. They talked to me like a dog.
A bad dog...I have to believe their mission statement includes trying to get the worst reputation possible. I hope this review saves one person the headache.

Can't they do it ("can't mail checking statement") or do they charge $5? Which is it?
Every bank I know of now charges for a printed mailed statement and none of them return your cancelled/paid checks like they used to. Be sure they have your address correct and that your nosy neighbor isn't getting your bank statements.
I have not received two consecutive checking statements from First Financial Bank. And when I call the toll free number inquiring about this, no one can tell me why, how it happened, where it went.
Then I don't end up receiving a statement at all.
When I call the toll free number and ask to be emailed one, I'm told I'm going to be charged a $5 fee for it. So changing the direct deposits and closing the account altogether.
